When I would look at people who seemed to be super healthy in the past, I always thought they were missing out on the fun side of life. I saw how hard some of them worked out, and I also saw how much those same ones did not enjoy food. I knew that there had to be a healthy balance between how they were living and how I was living, which was no exercise and mainly fast food. It did not take long for me to find the best site for living a healthy lifestyle though.

I saw where they were taking the joy out of living healthy, and I was taking the health out of living joyfully. There really is a good balance, and I am so grateful that I was able to find it. I knew that I was not the type of person who could be like my cousins and join a fitness center. Their lives revolve around how much weight they can lift and which cardio program can push them to their limits. I did not want that for me, and it turns out that I did not need it.

I read an article on walking on this site. I used to consider walking very boring, and I really did not see much point in it as exercise. However, the article that I read indicated that there are a ton of health benefits from walking. I decided to give it a try. I listened to music on my cell phone while I walked, and that first mile went pretty fast. I now walk at least 30 miles a week, split up into two walks daily. It makes me feel better, and I have also toned up a good bit from it. I eat better now too, and I feel great.
